This is the first medical clinic I've ever walked into and felt like my well being was a priority. The clinic is well kept and clean; while still managing to not feel like a cold sterile doctor's office. During your infusion you're in a private room, your vitals are monitored, and a provider checks on you throughout the treatment. I highly recommend to bring headphones and an eye mask along for any treatments.

Had a ketamine infusion consultation with Dr. Mansour yesterday and I was honestly so impressed by the combination of his vast knowledge/expertise, his ability to explain everything clearly, and his incredible compassion/amazing bedside manner. He took his time with the consultation and I never felt like he was pushing me into one course of treatment over any other; instead, he was presenting options I didn’t exactly realize I had. I was diagnosed with a rare chronic pain condition in 2021 (trigeminal neuralgia) and I’ve met a rather large number of medical professionals on my journey toward a better quality of life and I immediately felt at ease speaking with Dr. Mansour. He was also very upfront and open about the costs associated with ketamine infusions and he presented a realistic treatment plan that didn’t leave room for “surprise” costs, etc. I am hoping I’ll be able to pursue ketamine infusions sooner than later and I feel completely comfortable entrusting Dr. Mansour/Renew with this endeavor. Highly recommend that you schedule a free consultation call if you are investigating ketamine infusions as a part of a potential treatment plan, especially for chronic pain.

Great experience. I've tried other methods and have all been short-lived. The staff and communication put you at ease. The beginning sessions are really a great way to do a test run and get acclimated to the process. After that, its lasting and has pro-longed effects. Best method i have ever tried.

I love how doctor Mansour really cares and I was very attentive explaining things. The place is great and cozy and Allison is so caring and nice. I’ve experienced more awareness during treatment and my mood does not swing so much anymore. My depression is gone and anxiety drastically reduced. I highly recommend ketamine for people like me that struggled so much with depression and anxiety.

Tried this as a way to manage my PTSD. I’m also a chronic migraine sufferer. I was surprised that after my 6 th treatment I had gone 3 full weeks with no migraine and I usually have 8-10 a month! I do feel more relaxed as a whole but fewer migraines was definitely a nice bonus. Im very excited about this treatment and I highly recommend!! Also the nurse has always been super kind and fun

The staff is very nice and informative, they helped me get over my fear of needles. I went in for depression and after 3 treatments out of 6 I feel a bit of relief and see the light at the end of the tunnel. The staff also recommended reading The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle which also really helped me. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to my next 3 treatments. Bring a music device and headphones, relax in the massage chair and the staff will handle the rest!
